Pioneering zeal
Nariman Point is India’s golden mile and Mumbai’s Manhattan. On this piece of coveted real estate, one name stands taller than the skyscrapers: Mittal Builders, the company that has almost single-handedly transformed the skyline of Mumbai.
Mittal Towers, Mittal Court, Mittal Chambers, some of the biggest landmarks in Mumbai’s financial district, do not just bear the Mittal name. They also carry the unmistakable stamp of quality that the company has become synonymous with.
Mittal Builders have always been a pioneering group of developers. Our pioneering project of Phoenix Towers in Lower Parel has transformed Mumbai’s mill heartland into one of the hottest properties in the city. The two imposing and impressive buildings tower over Phoenix High Street, and have changed the face of central Mumbai.
Mittal also blazed a new trail with the concept of mini-townships like Brindavan, a project of 102 buildings in Thane, Surya Vihar (38 buildings) in New Delhi, Pratik Nagar (38 buildings) in Pune and Mittal Enclave (44 buildings) in Naigaon. Today townships have become a standard. Mittal Builders continue to build high quality townships across the country.
Mittal is also the name behind one of the tallest buildings in India in the ‘80s: Mount Unique.
Some of the other prestigious residential projects in the city during the eighties include Dariya Mahal 1, 2 & 3, Nepean House, Prabhat and Sheela Apartments.
Besides residential and commercial projects, Mittal Builders has also made its mark in constructing industrial estates. The Mittal Industrial Estate, comprising seven industrial buildings with numerous galas, in Andheri, a suburb of Mumbai, is a well-known landmark.
